Rates, Deposits and Cleaning

  • Daily Rates & Fees:  $60.00 + $25.00 Cleaning Fee + Taxes

  • Weekly Rates & Fees: $385.00 + $50.00 Cleaning Fee + Taxes

  • Monthly Rates & Fees:  $1000.00 + $50.00 Cleaning Fee + Taxes (30 Day contracts/stays)

  • 3 Month Rates & Fees:  $900.00 + $500.00 security deposit + (tax if applicable)

  • 6 Month Rate & Fees:  $850.00 + $750.00 Security deposit + (tax if applicable)

  • Yearly Rate & Fees: Cabin without a loft - $750.00 a month + Security Deposit ($1000.00) + (tax if applicable)

  • Yearly Rate & Fees: Cabin WITH a loft - $800.00 a month + Security Deposit ($1000.00) + (tax if applicable)

Pet Fee Schedule

  • $15.00 per pet per day on daily rentals

  • $20.00 for weekly and monthly rentals

  • 25.00 for long term rentals 3-12 month stays

Special Discounts

  • Active Duty Military or Veteran Personal

  • Emergency Service Personal (LEO, EMS, Fire Fighters and Dispatchers)

  • Healthcare Workers

  • FAA Employee's

  • Senior Citizens, 65 yrs and up

  • All discounts are subject to change at owner’s discretion and are applicable for Daily and Monthly (short term rentals) only

Long Term Rental - Late Fees

Late fee's: If you are late by more than 5 days (long term renters only) on your payment a late fee will be added to your rent.

⦁ 1st offence: $25.00

⦁ 2nd offence: $50.00

⦁ 3rd offence: $75.00

⦁ 4th Offense: $100.00

After the 4th offense, management will meet with Tenant to discuss further actions.

Fee's will reset (start over) once a tenant goes the length of their contract without being late.

At Kozy Kabins, ourVisionis to extend our presence beyond Lewis County to encompass various counties in Tennessee and other states. Through these expansions, we aim to diversify our services. This includes collaborating with local churches and county governments to provide housing for the homeless. Additionally, we aspire to offer secure accommodations for battered women in transition, working in conjunction with state or county authorities to support their relocation needs.
