Rental Details

  • We offer cabins with daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year rental options. However, not all sites will have the short-term lease options available.

  • Short Term Rental pricing will include an additional weekly/monthly fee (depending on the lease term) to cover cost of garbage pickup, Bi-monthly insecticide spraying, lawn care and other services.

  • Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, with written approval by owners/manager for an additional fee.

  • EMS providers, first responders, veterans and senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) receive a discount for short term rentals,

  • Rental Pricing is based off location and size of cabins

Trace Creek Site

  • One Bedroom (without loft) and 12 month Lease is $750.00 a month.

  • One Bedroom (WITH LOFT) and 12 month Lease is $800.00 a month.

  • Price includes all fees (water, garbage and lawn care) and services EXCEPT Pet Fee if application.

  • Price excludes Electric and Internet

Options Vary and May Not Be Available for All Sites or Cabins

Haist Road Site

  • 1 Bedroom Cabin with 12 month Lease is $750.00 a month.

  • 2 Bedroom Cabin with 12 month Lease is $900.00.

  • Price includes fees (water, garbage and lawn care) and services EXCEPT Pet Fee if applicable

  • Price excludes Electric and Internet fees

At Kozy Kabins, We Have A Unique Vision

At Kozy Kabins, our Vision is to extend our presence beyond Lewis County to encompass various counties in Tennessee and other states. Through these expansions, we aim to diversify our services. This includes collaborating with local churches and county governments to provide housing for the homeless and others as they transition throught hardships in their lives. Additionally, we aspire to offer secure accommodations for battered women in transition, working in conjunction with state or county authorities to support their relocation needs.
