- Cabins will be available for rent for the following lease options (Daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year) However, not all sites will have the short-term options available.
- Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis, with written approval by owners/manager and an additional fee.
- Short Term Rental pricing will include a weekly/monthly fee (depending on rental length) to cover cost of garbage pickup, Bi-monthly insecticide spraying, lawn care and other services.
- Discounts will be available for short term rentals for all active-duty military including current national guard, law enforcement, EMS providers, first responders, veterans and senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age)
- Rental pricing is based off location and size of cabins.
- Trace Creek Site (Regular size without loft) and 12 month Lease is $750.00 a month.
- Trace Creek Site (Regular size WITH Loft) and 12 month Lease is $800.00.
- Price includes all fees and services EXCEPT Pet Fee if applicable.
At Kozy Kabins, We Have A Unique Vision
At Kozy Kabins, our Vision is to extend our presence beyond Lewis County to encompass various counties in Tennessee and other states. Through these expansions, we aim to diversify our services. This includes collaborating with local churches and county governments to provide housing for the homeless and others as they transition throught hardships in their lives. Additionally, we aspire to offer secure accommodations for battered women in transition, working in conjunction with state or county authorities to support their relocation needs.
