Each 1 bedroom cabin is 12x28 feet with a 6-foot porch. (No loft or option for 2nd bedroom)

Each 2 bedroom cabin is 12x38 feet with a 6-foot porch on the side.

Each cabin has a full size bed in main bedroom, a full bath with shower stall (no bathtub), washer and dryer combo, heat and air with ductless mini splits. The kitchen includes ½ sized refrigerator and stove. The living room area has a loveseat/couch and TV. Other options may be available in the future.

The 2nd bedroom (details to come)

Currently: Short Term rentals will be fully furnished and Long Term rentals will be partially furnished (including: full size bed (without mattress) washer & dryer, stove, refrigerator, wardrobe for bedroom, HVAC, and TV.  All are subject to change at Owner's discretion.

There will be an outside community picnic area with table and grill for tenants to use at there pleasure.

Each cabin will have its own parking spot
