Cabin Details -Trace Creek Site

  • Each cabin is 12x28 feet with a 6-foot porch.
  • Two of the cabins have a 12-foot loft area that can be used as a 2nd bedroom and/or storage area.
  • Each cabin has full size bed in main bedroom, a full bath with shower stall (no tub), washer and dryer combo, heat and air with ductless mini splits. The kitchen includes ½ sized refrigerator and stove. The living room area has a loveseat/couch and TV. Other options may be available in the future.
  • Currently: Short Term rentals will be fully furnished and Long Term rentals will be partially furnished (including: full size bed (matress is not included), Washer & Dryer, Stove, refrigerator, wardrobe for bedroom, HVAC, and TV. All items are subject to change at Owner's discretion.
  • There will be an outside community picnic area with table and grill for tenants to use at there pleasure.
  • Each cabin will have its own parking spot

At Kozy Kabins, We Have A Unique Vision

At Kozy Kabins, our Vision is to extend our presence beyond Lewis County to encompass various counties in Tennessee and other states. Through these expansions, we aim to diversify our services. This includes collaborating with local churches and county governments to provide housing for the homeless and others while they transition throught hardships in their lives. Additionally, we aspire to offer secure accommodations for battered women in transition, working in conjunction with state or county authorities to support their relocation needs.
